How To Check Your O'level Details, Admission Status on JAMB CAPS

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has improved the Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) Mobile App to make it easier for candidates seeking admission into tertiary institutions in Nigeria to access all admission-related issues from the comfort of their homes.
The Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) is a system in which a candidate can accept or reject admission offers without visiting any JAMB CBT Centers or Cybercafes.
Candidates can also print admission letters and proceed to the institution for further admission processing.
The Market Place feature in CAPS provides a mechanism for the institutions to source for candidates who may not have chosen the institution for admission consideration.
On Jamb CAPS mobile app or web version, you can easily access Profile details & bio-data, view your O'level Details/result, you can Accept/reject program transfer, admission, market place offer and so on.
Candidates expecting admissions need not go to any Cyber Cafe to perform these basic tasks.
Process/Steps to take to Successfully check your admission status, O'level details etc On JAMB CAPS mobile app/web version
METHOD 1 CAPS mobile App
1. firstly, download the app on the google play store through this link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.flexcoder.capsmobile
2. If You have successfully downloaded the app and install it, launch the app then login to the JAMB CAPS mobile app with the phone number they had used for the UTME registration. After Login, Enter Your Jamb Registration Number then click on Enter
3. A verification will take place. an OTP code would be sent to the provided mobile number.
4. The candidate is to enter the OTP code and click on VERIFY to complete the verification exercise
5. After completion of verification, the candidate would be taken to the requisite admission page where he/she can access all features of the app like accept or reject the admissions offer, accept or reject transfer consideration by institutions that have if any, as well as accept or reject market place consideration by institutions.

Method 2 (web version)
Some candidates who applied for the 2020 jamb registration used awaiting results during the registration.
If you are among those who used awaiting result, know that you need to upload your O'level result else there would be no admission for you.
Some who uploaded their results can no longer find the result on their Portal.
To avoid being left out of the admission process, it is advisable you check and confirm that your O'level result was successfully uploaded and is still on your jamb profile.
Below is the step on how to check if your O'level result was uploaded:
1. Using Chrome or firefox, it's preferable. Click on this link to be redirected to jamb portal Url: https://portal.jamb.gov.ng/eFacility_ but before you do that you need to change your browser mode to desktop mode. To do this
if you are using chrome please follow the arrows on the pictures below
2. click on desktop site. done great! Now, visit the link
3. Input your email and password. Note: (your password isn't just the one for the email but the one used to create your profile). the default password is 12345678 . Then login
4. Once you login, click on check admission status.
5. Choose the year you sat for UTME and put your reg. Number and click on access my caps. Image above
5. Rotate your phone and check by the side you'll see O'level. Click on it with your phone still rotated. If your O'level is uploaded it will display there but if it is not, you won't find it.
Incase your O'level result isn't there, just hurry up and go to an accredited cyber cafe with your O'level for uploading.
Note that if your O'level isn't uploaded, there will be no admission for you as it will be assumed that you didn't meet up with all the basic requirements for admission.
